Toph is pretty underrated, she has the best strenght feat in the entire show and is lightning speed fast

As far as finesse using earth goes I got Toph. Her awareness and control over earth is insane, and her inventing metalbending and being able to see and sense specific people across the entire planet with earthbending only strengthens that argument.

Dianes ability is literally creation. She makes sentient golems and a plethora of unique moves

Diane can Bassically do everything toph can do, except metal bend but that is still a very small difference. At the end of the show she is easily a continent level earth bender. She can make quick sand and even turn her body into metal to strenghten herself. Drole's danc even allows her to perfect her conection to the earth and even possibly raise it infinetly. She can also make crystal structure which were before only made by the cooperation of Drole and Gloxinia. Honestly just the sheer amount of power she has is enough to make her atleast top 3 it's not even debetable.

Gaara is definitely stronger than crocodile and he's more creative than toph. Gaara can use his sand as a second skin, a shield, projectiles, flying, compressing people, sealing, make it sharp like blades (like he did in part 1), use it for capturing, make support beams out of it, and it's so useful he doesn't even have to move to make it work. He straight up could eat his lunch while his sand does the work.

For me toph would have been the first one out, she has sand bending, mud bending, earth bending, metal bending. She has technique and precision. The only real thing she's lacking in is overall power, but I'd say that she's still like the second or third strongest here in terms of power.

It’s sucks because Jura and Diane both are supposed to be ABSURDLY powerful, granted they are far from the strongest in their verses, but they are still incredibly powerful. And neither of them have any feats to actually show their power, it’s just always talked about by other characters.

Putting Toph above two sand users is peak stupidity. Toph has, on multiple occasions, proven she cannot compete well against sand benders and desert terrain. She requires solid earth to be able to sense her target and bend with. Crocodile can straight up fly with his sand abilities and Gaara's Tailed Beast is made up entirely of sand. No way in hell does Toph beat either of them, especially with how sadistic Crocodile is and how full of rage Gaara was before his transition to a good guy

First three ranks are good but diane is now kinda literally the queen of her race and arguably one of the most creative with her power I can't say much on it but look it up or watch it and think it through on how CREATIVE she really is 🙂
