I’m A Dad - And I Breastfeed My Baby | MY EXTRAORDINARY FAMILY

TANIUS, from Florida, is a Seahorse dad who has received an enormous amount of online hate after he posted TikTok videos of him breastfeeding his baby. Tanius had been medically transitioning for six years when he was given the shock of his life during a hospital visit, finding out he was three months pregnant. Tanius told Truly: "Even though I went through the whole transition, I honestly felt that for me having a child was out of the window. So me having a child... I did not see that coming!" Tanius decided to share his story online because he wanted to normalise Seahorse fathers breastfeeding their babies. However, he received a shocking amount of hate from the trolls in response to his videos. Tanius said: "It got a lot of backlash. 'You do not belong on this planet carrying a child', 'Men don't carry babies', 'One day he'll end up dying because I'm pumping too much testosterone into his body'." Despite the negative comments, Tanius remains defiant and will continue to share his story in order to hopefully help other Seahorse fathers around the world. Tanius added: "We are still a man regardless of how society feels about us, utilise the parts you have to carry a child."

I'm in my 60's, very open minded, do my best not to judge but can't help feeling compassion for the children of not only a trans. parent, but now the children of this growing Seahorse father community...Growing up is hard enough and I can't even imagine the conversations yet to come...My thing is pick a lane...You want to be a man, you do you...But you want to be a man, get pregnant, breast feed and all that comes with being a woman...Why not stay a woman and just identify as a man....If I'm confused, can't even imagine the questions this poor kid is gonna have 🤦‍♀️

Thats why a women will always be a women no matter how hard you try to be a men god created you as you are be yourself and stop persueing the wrong path .and then y'all act surprised when people give hateful comments it will never be normal the truth is the truth wether you like it or not .You and I are not the Creator. We are created. We don’t get to make the rules (and when we try, we’re no good at it).God made two genders: male, and female (a point that Jesus agreed with, Matthew 19:4-5). So being female or a male isn’t only about your anatomy – but your anatomy will show you whether you’re a female or a male.
Of course, we don’t live in the perfect world those first humans did. We live in a world that is broken by sin – and that brokenness extends to our bodies, and even to our hearts and their desires. That’s why Peter says to Christians:

‘Dear friends . . . abstain from sinful desires, which wage war against your soul.’ (1 Peter 2:11)

Some of our desires, or feelings, tell us to do things, or that we are things, which are actually opposed to our ‘soul’ – to our good, both now and eternally. So we have to work out which of our desires to feed, because they’re good; and which to fight, because they’re actually warring against us. And the way to do that is not to listen to our strongest desires (they might be wrong!) but to God’s Word, which is always right.

I respect people choice with their body. But modern society should not make this like a miracle. The title should be “Trans man breastfeeding son”. Transgender meaning physically the body is not exactly what the person wish to be. His body is part woman, hence he can breastfeed. When I read the title, it thought it is some kind of miracle a man body can breastfeed. No matter how hard transgender want to be, their body will not be 100%. We can respect and say he instead of she. But body is not 100% he. There are woman, man, and transgender. People are so confused these days
