I just had open heart surgery. Double bypass surgery a valve replacement and my carotid artery cleaned out. They said it was genetic. Please don’t smoke or quit. That cigarette isn’t worth having your chest split open. Yes I did smoke. I quit ten years ago. I hope none who watch this video ever have to go through this. I just got out of the hospital after being in there for 3 weeks. God bless each of you. ❤

My life is constant stress, I need a heart attack to take me out to not have any stress. I’ve had 3 open heart surgeries and not far off from a 4th, so shouldn’t take much more stress. Good with keeping up with exercise though, especially cardio.
