Meditation Exercise:

1. Sit with feet planted on the floor, or lay down comfortably. Take a deep breath and release.

2. Run your awareness through your body releasing any tension or stress, start at the top of your head, face, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, belly, spine, groin and hips, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, toes.

3. Gently breath in for 4 seconds, then our for 6 releasing the breath slowly. Continue this pattern and observe your breath, if you lose concentration, bring your awareness back to the breath.
