Ironically I find that my most sucessful counter dives (usually top lane, usually against another melee champ) involve me sticking to the inside of the tower next to the map's wall, especially against the other top laner and enemy jungler. I find that forcing them to close in on me will often get them stuck there. If I have a flash up I can basically kite them into that space and then flash out, or simply use the tower as a bit of terrain, moving around it to prevent them from getting an auto off. From the video though, it seems like you're talking about bot lane tower dives, in which case I agree. I think it largely depends not only on spacing, but also who you're fighting as a person who can auto you from a distance is going to have a much better time if you have limited mobility, whereas for a melee champion the reverse will be true. That is to say, making a melee champion tower dive you in confined spaces will often keep them under tower too long whereas doing the same thing with a ranged champion just gets you killed because you can't dodge.

When I'm being tower dived I like to just run around the turret so it's harder for the enemy to aa or use abilities on me. Trust me, it's a really good tactic.

why do people dive me when im playing aatrox, i can just jump away and if i die i can revive

this is not correct. You shouldn't show yourself when tower diving. You shouldn't take free turret shots. You need to quickly focus down your enemies and switch turret aggro to avoid unneccesary deaths.
