I don’t have a MacBook, iPad or Apple Watch. So it’ll be an easy transformation for me as I have a Windows PC. Cool. 👍

Switched to the s23u from a 13 pro and holy crap this thing is awesome. Battery life, display, performance is all amazing. It truly feels like a mini computer in my pocket. The S pen adds utility as well.

Have to say about a year ago switched from a 12pro max to s22ultra after many years of being an iPhone user it's like a breath of fresh air

The problem is when you have all Apple services it can easily become tricky, like cloud, Password keychain, Hide my email, iCloud mail, iMessage, FaceTime... As you said losing ecosystem is pain point. Give me luck I ordered a Samsung Fold 6 from iPhone 15 Pro

I switched from a galaxy s20 to an iPhone 14PM, worst decision I’ve ever made.

I’ve had an iPhone since 2009 with the iPhone 3G. I’m making the switch to the galaxy 24 ultra from a iPhone 14 PM. I’m pretty excited for the change.

apart from the airdrop feature among friends, i don't feel the need to keep using iphone. I might switch to s25 this fall

I upgraded off iPhone many years ago and it was the best decision ever. Now I have a much better phone, camera and experience 😊. It just works and everything works cross platform. Also I am not locked to a manufacturer. Honestly in 2023 there is no reason to put up with the downsides of using Apple products

Windows user and Galaxy user. I switched to iPhone 13 Pro in March 2022 and then in December, i bought Nothing Phone 1 to complete my ecosystem.
Living in Europe, i use WhatsApp, both on iPhone and Windows Pc so i have all notifications and i can call and send messages whatever on iPhone or my Windows Pc, it's the same.✅

I only use Google Apps and i don't use iCloud neither. I switch constantly between my 2 phones ( thanks Cloud👏🏿👏🏿). Bose QC45 is a multi-connected device so phones and Windows laptop are always connected ( thanks Bluetooth 👍🏿).

iPhone 13 Pro + Nothing Phone 1 + Yoga Slim 7 14' + Bose QC45 => I do what i want, when i want, whatever device i use, with same datas. No brand loyalty, Switching is easy✅.

Apple software updates are not a plus at all. They make you change your phone by slowing down your set.

My personal phone is an S21 Ultra and my work phone is an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I can never recommend the latter. While the build is nice, it feels about 3 generations behind my Samsung, and my Samsung is a year older.
Split screen is still an irritating ommission on IOS.
I will concede that the notification switch is a spectacularly practical feature for someone who jumps in an out of meetings a lot, but it's the only feature I can say I'd like on my personal phone.

I've never seen system ads on any of my android phones over the years and I switch brands everytime I upgrade. I'm not talking about browsing on websites using chrome.

Great video. I'm a long time Iphone user. I have a Macbook Air M-1. Basically, I use mostly the Google ecosystem. I'm interested in the Samsung Galaxy S23. Am I right to assume that all my Google apps like Calendar, Photos, Docs, etc. with sync flawlessly to the Mac from the Samsung as they have with my Iphone? Your thoughts would be greatly appeciated. I'm retired (42 years of teaching), so my long meetings and huge calendars are behind me, haha.

I’ve used apple all of my life. Finally decided to get the pixel 8. From what i can tell the only “downside” to switching is the apple commitment to making it as hard as possible for your data to not be easily transferrable across platforms. Apple works well, but only works well with apple. If you can get past this everything else is an upside. Better cost to performance ratio on devices and far more customizability. So tired of being pigeonholed screw apple.

In 2014 I switched to an iPhone 4S, a year later I switched back to Android. 2014 was the worst year of my life!

Apple makes no promises about how long they will support iPhones. They're historically good for 5 to 6 major updates, but there is no official promise made to the public about that.

When you call Apple support you get an American, in America that understands your problem and can actually help. When you call any other Android phone support, you get someone in Bangladesh that can barely speak English and is reading a teleprompter, if you even manage to get a human.

Google just primised 7 years of Security Updates for the Pixel Phones.

Thank you for the information. You forgot to mention how much infinitely better the camera is on the Samsung platform, especially your Zoom and the clarity it brings.

Hmmm I’m only here because I told my boyfriend I’d think about switching to Samsung with him since he really wants to switch to Samsung.. I really don’t know if I want to because I’ve been an Apple user since 09 and I have a Apple Card, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple TV & Apple Music. You brought up things I didn’t even think about so this video was helpful.. At this point I’m honestly wondering if it’ll be worth switching for me personally. I’m so use to Apple and have my own workflow with it. 😞
