I like how we’re united by an ideal instead of an ethnicity but struggle with how to achieve the ideal. Ideals can evolve and change but ethnicitys can’t. The fact that we are founded by an ideal is our strong point, but it OBVIOUSLY doesn’t make us infallible.

The party’s switched geographic bases but the GOP has always been the pro capitalism and business party. Saying they switched platforms is intellectually lazy.
