a cosy autumn day at home: decorating for autumn & seasonal baking 🍂

Cinnamon roll recipe (makes 6):
Buns:
250g strong white flour
4g quick action yeast
pinch of salt
30g coconut oil melted
130ml oat milk
40ml maple syrup
1tsp vanilla bean
Filling:
10g coconut oil melted
1 tbsp maple syrup
40g coconut sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Icing:
75g yogurt, coconut or soya
2 tbsp maple syrup

Rough method: mix all bun ingredients in a bowl, knead for 10 minutes, leave to rest for at least 1 hour for dough to rise before rolling flat into rectangle, spread filling, roll up, cut into 6 pieces, rest for 1 more hour and then bake for 25-30 minutes on 180.
