They "found" 3 packages. By the amounts of drugs shipped daily and the internal reviews done this is a drastically low number compared to the packages getting through and "overseen"

I can tell you from experience that's not true lmao it's barely enough people to work the mail let alone scan each n every piece. I started in 1999 and have seen 1 piece of mail scanned., It's usually because of the employee or management

standardized the packaging and demand if they pack at the station it is no cost of screen charge. if the prepacked they have to pay extra cost for screening and system service.
