I really miss how life was before. The time where I wasn't always on my phone, the time I had friends to play with outside, the time I wasn't insecure, the time where I didn't care about my appearance, the time where I was really close to my parents, the time I used to enjoy going to school for my friends, the time I never cared about how people look at me
I just miss the old times everything feels different now

To everyone who's studying with this music:

Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈

Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.

You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖

when i first saw the playlist i imagined my parents saying this and i bursted out crying because my parents say i sleep to much and sometimes say "why are you so tired?" when the truth is that im terrified of the fact that someone could be watching me at night so i barely get a good amount of sleep and even my sister keeps saying that its my fault that in always tired but in truth i know that and im only doing it so i don't get attacked, im extremely self consensus so i usually get paranoid over the smallest things this really helped me a lot and i hope to use it all the time and if youre still reading this i just wanna say i appreciate you reading this far

edit: ive read most of these and i wanna say, for the people who feel kinda the same or do feel the same i thank you for allowing me to know ANDDDD i hope yall have a lovely day stay safe out there

Every time I feel so anxious at night I come back to this playlist, I keep having panic attacks of not knowing what to do with my life, I am afraid of the future, I feel so overwhelmed with everything, I end screaning constantly out of frustration...

Listening to this and reading the comments really opened my eyes for me to realize how much I've matured in the last few years. There is something about this playlist, it brings nostalgia, sadness and a mix of happiness in one. Im listening to it while the suns settings. The atmosphere is amazing with this on.
