Woman, 23, seriously injured after 2-car crash on WB Kapolei Parkway

A woman is in serious condition following a two-car crash on the Kapolei Parkway, Thursday morning.

I think sobriety tests and phone time stamps should be required of all involved in car accidents. Even isolated ones where one vehicle/driver is involved. The time stamps will show if they were on the phone while driving.

The speed limit is 25 there but the idiots drive about 55. Anyone going over the speed limit that much should have their lic revoked for 1 month and if caught driving again the 3 years in prison.
