k, So i got scamed, Becuase the job offer and the skills expected were not extemely out of reach of what i already know. And my art on artstation, seemed like something they would want. They did a full on text interview and when I said i wanted to talk to them over the phone they were a little slow at replying. When they got back they said "hey, sorry for the late reply the office is swamped today, and i am interviewing other clients." Or something like that. But when they did not call me at the time they said they would Multiple times I told them i would assume they were a scam if they did not call me. I got no reply and i was like yep. Great. I feel really stupid for falling for this but i dont want anyone else to either.

ArtStation's business model is to sell members' email addresses. I signed up there and instantly started receiving 100+ spam/scam emails daily, when I got one or two a week before.

I've heard another giveaway is that the email ends with @gmail.com instead of @companyname.com

I've gotten these for YEARS, if not telegram its Google Hangouts, or w.e.
No employer will ever ask you for a call on hangouts, or telegram. Just some common sense people. :|

I've gotten an email. it's different from this. one. I'm skeptical of it.
it doesn't mention money, it just says hey we love your artwork blah blah we want you on GTA 6 blah blah compliments blah expectations of candidate, main tasks. then example of work and they have a link. and for further communication send email to this agency@ blah blah.
if I was actually being hired they wouldnt be telling me it's for GTA6 there would have to be an NDA right?
I mean the email isn't even the company's email. it's some random maria
