The money should only flow from the company to you in the form of a pay check, never the other way around,

Better yet, send a certified mail resume to the company and follow up with phone calls.

Don't trust these online sites that you don't know.

Literally whenever people ask me my nationality I just tell them I'm British because Bastards like these give us a horrendous reputation, not to mention they scam other Indians too. Same thing with me. I had exactly the same situation and lost $5000. After being very professional in email and screening me with software testing questions ( my tech field) then getting offer letter and finally all the scam with a check same as in video
