Ingredients:
- ¼ onion
- 4 sprigs fresh dill, fronds only, plus extra to garnish
- 250g cream cheese
- 30g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 25g pickled capers, drained
- 300g smoked salmon, sliced
- Quartered slices of pain de mie (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Add the quartered onion and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the Thermocook bowl. Chop for 13 seconds at speed 9.
2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add the cream cheese, smoked salmon slices, hot sauce, and dill. Blend everything together at speed 3 for 20 seconds.
3. Spread the mixture on quartered slices of bread and garnish with pickled capers and extra dill.
