Great video. Any suggestion, I’ve been making hanger steak and bought a traegar smoker, the steaks came out delicious, but everything takes so long to cook, so I’m looking for a good charcoal grill under $600. Any recommendations?

Thanks that was very good. And I use the Western bbq smoking chips too. But I am thinking about using Lumberjack pellets, and have you had any experience with Lumber jack or any other brand of wood chips/pellets that would be good, too.
