The fight is about property that they still owned jointly as a business partnership. The divorce is final and over with. She knew he wanted this property and could have let him buy her out, but she wanted to be so petty because she can’t control him anymore.

Yeah she sold the winery right out from underneath him and the guy who bought it bought a lawsuit. There wasn't any reason for that but pure spite. She's now stating that she didn't want The FBI to arrest Pitt when they were investigating the incident on the plane. But back then she was pissed that the FBI didn't arrest him because she didn't think they believed her. And now she wants to talk about abuse that allegedly happened before 2016. Like it's going to have a bearing on the decision about her half of the winery. Let it Go Angelina. You shouldn't have sold the winery and started this entire saga. Let the man go. Messy divorces keep you relevant.
