Actor Brad Pitt and his ex-wife, actress Angelina Jolie, have been fighting each other in court for nearly a decade. The latest filings concern a chateau in France and whether Jolie was allowed to sell her stake. Jolie claims Pitt wants her to sign a non-disclosure agreement that would prevent her from making disparaging comments about him, including mention of the allegations of prior abuse. The way I understand it is, Jolie has been using NDA’s to her advantage and will not let Pitt see them. Yet she claims he’s not allowed to use NDA’s himself. This is why the Judge has granted Pitt’s motion of needing to see what those NDA’s said and now Jolie’s team needs to produce her side of what the NDA’s said in correspondence w/Stoli and anyone else.
