Heat has become the biggest bottleneck in computing. The latest processors promise higher performance, but only 50% or less is realized in actual devices. While processors continue to advance and generate more heat, thermal solutions have not kept pace. Thermal is the only aspect of modern day computing that still uses century old technology. In today’s devices, what often determines performance is the capability of the thermal solution, not the sophistication of the processor.

AirJet® Pro by Frore Systems is the world’s first solid-state chip for active device cooling, delivering 2x improvement in device performance while operating in silence. Its compact size and unique capability enabling faster, quieter, thinner, lighter, and dustproof devices.

So... 1.75w for 10.75w heat removal, competing with a fan which takes less wattage to remove more heat.
... Other than the low power, ultra quiet crowd, I'm not sure you will be able to expand without improvements here (unless my information on fans is wrong and they use more wattage).
