I'm sure everyone is gonna laugh but I'll bet you countries are buying LTC also. Go ahead and laugh but there's 20 or more wallets that all have exactly 300, 000 LTC in them. Those wallets aren't all exchanges. And there's multiple other whales that are accumulating LTC now while its cheap. There's also 2 wallets with 1-2 million LTC. Those 2 are probably exchanges.
