I fear if the girls keep aligning themselves with Min Hee Jin they will end up being hurt. Change at work can be unnerving but to reject it before you even know how things are going to go is unprofessional. When all this is done Hybe will still be a huge company, Min Hee Jin will still be a millionaire and NJ’s reputation/ fame will have taken a hit. These girls need to focus on themselves and stay out of this. MHJ is just using them

These poor girls! I'm hoping and praying that things will work out for them and that all the stuff with HYBE and MHJ will be background noise. Hopefully, as time passes, this situation will be seen as a hurdle that they were able to overcome. If you love NewJeans, keep supporting the girls, and don't give up on them. They are so young and impressionable and need time to process all this. They are going through this in the public eye, and who knows what they are being told that we do not know.

Normally, I don't like to comment on such complex issues, but I feel all the people who are rightfully worried about NJ are taking it out too much on HYBE and too less on MHJ. Let's be serious, do you really think that HYBE is going to happily work with MHJ after the level of backstabbing she has clearly done? You all claim that BSH might go after NJ due to ego, like MHJ hasn't hold onto the fact that NJ, despite their immense success, is not first HYBE GG like LSM, to the point that she unnecessarily dragged them in her feud? Even if I dislike it, Illit's mention still made sense from the copying allegations perspective. She had been given insane freedom and creative control, the title of NJ's mother like she did not basically take the trainees from Source Music, the ones to actually invest in them. It is rumored so take this one with a pinch of salt - that Gfriend was not disbanded by Hybe for LSM, but because they needed funds for making a new label - Ador. The way MHJ has made herself bigger than NJ is insane and people aren't just seeing how manipulative she is being, constantly dragging her emotional relationship with girls to cover up her unprofessionalism, that she actually just sees them as tools (her texts which has not denied even now), and that she was actually trying to get them away from HYBE - the one who had invested in them in the first place. The creativity (and p*do stuff, which I'll not get into) is MHJ's, but the financial backing, which did give them the things - apartment, payment in their 2 month of debut, the sponsorships etc. are all HYBE's. The way Teddy is behind most of BlackPink's music, but we never see the girls as nothing without him, they are their own individuals, we can't see NJ. Sadly, MHJ has made herself such a big part of it all that we can't see the girls' talents beyond MHJ's vision. The director threw a tantrum by deleting all the videos when HYBE asked them to not upload more as they have the copyright - which is professional and logical, and of course why would they want to continue relationship with someone who supported MHJ who, reminder, backstabbed them?

The worry about NJ's future and the girls themselves is understandable. But we should trust the girls' talents beyond MHJ instead of making her their core. That woman is problematic and should not have been let anywhere near minors - the song Cookie is a clear example. But HYBE, their parents, and MHJ were all making profits so no one spoke up. When discord regarding division of those profits came up, it all fell apart. I am not supporting HYBE or think they are better for NJ. But the way they are being portrayed as big bad villain from whom only MHJ can rescue NJ, when she is just as bad, if not worse is annoying me. Separating MHJ from the girls is for the best because if you look at it, all the scandals they have had have nothing to do with NJ but everything to do with her, and she uses them as her sympathy shield to get out of any criticism. The vision of the group will change no doubt, and I hope, for the better. But it is high time they need to become their own group with their own identity, not MHJ's extensions.

These girls need to think and hard on their next step. If they go the loyal to Min route they will effectively end their own careers. Trying to sue Hybe to let them out of their contracts will turn them into a fifty fifty clone. Even if they manage to get out of the contracts no one is going to want to sign/work with people who ignore their contractual obligations cause mah feelings! Yes the situation sucks but unless they stay professional, and distance themselves from it, its going to be R.I.P. New Jeans.

They are young and sheltered, they dont understand profits & lost.The video they released of all 5 is damaging for their career. I know they want resolutions but disrespecting the new Ceo by calling her without her title and saying she doesn't care about the.while they call Min Jin with title, giving Hybe and Ultimatum, telling them to stay in their lane and basically asking for their old CEO. You work for an international company, and you talk about the head negatively, who will want to work with you or support you. You have lost their trust and loyalty. I like these girls, and I have sympathy for them, but this was not a good look.

From an outsider perspective, MHJ planned a hostile takeover of Adore a HYBE subsidiary. In the business world, the parent company has every right to prevent the hostile takeover of their subsidiary company.

I think NJ is losing focus on what's important: their careers. You may or may not like the new Ador's CEO or Hybe but this is a business and to think that the company that already invested in a product that has proven to be successful is going to boycott it's ridiculous. Just think!! MHJ not only has conflicts with Hybe but now he also has a complaint for harassment of an employee and not to mention his rather shady background. Do the bunnies really want someone like that influencing and managing the members so much? I think they should focus on their careers and maintain what they have achieved.

To be clear, MHJ started this fight, now she's crying foul because she didn't anticipate this outcome. Please stop giving MHJ grace because she deserves none. MHJ is a flawed individual and she does not care about NJ. I'm confused why NJ and their parents still trust her after the terrible things she said about them as individuals and their work ethic. Also MHJ did not assemble NJ. They were already picked and working under a different label at Hybe. It was Hybe's reputation & money that got NJ 3mil and brand deals as a new group. It was Hybe that bent over backwards and gave MHJ everything she asked for (unclear why). But both NJ & MHJ had deals no other label had. It was a bad idea for MHJ to have so much control over Ador in the first place. Hybe is not the devil and appear to be running the company pretty well. No one's perfect, but no one had issues w/Hybe until MHJ came along. Also, I'd like to see what evidence MHJ has to fight her current situation in court, because I'm sure Hybe has their receipts. Stop treating NJ like they're little clueless puppies. They're not to innocent to speak ill of HYBE & take MHJ side. They have family and attorneys that should be looking out for them. MHJ sue isn't. Why must they address things so publicly dont they care about their career and their future if they love Min its not too late to go with her when she wins she should advice them to preserve their image and stay out of thus mess if she loves them as a mother.
