Thermostat IDEA for MAXIMUM Comfort!

I talked to someone here on YouTube recently who told me they carry a wireless thermostat with them throughout the house so they always have maximum comfort. So if you're in a room that stays warm when the AC turns off usually, the idea would be that the system would continue to run if you were in that room until that room is comfortable. So whatever room you're in, you'll always have maximum comfort. Such a cool idea!

"Cheap zoning." Grab a Honeywell thermostat and at least 1 wireless temperature sensor. You can carry around the wireless sensor or install it in that uncomfortable room. You can also install multiple temp sensors and program the thermostat to average the temperature across all sensors. I also suggest that customers set the fan to always on, and keep interior doors open most of the time.

Ecobee has been doing this for years already with "follow me" feature using room sensors.

Yob that's smart and doable but in other hand make other rooms that use to be cool colder and hot one hotter .

Yeah... Not clever lol unless you live BY YOURSELF. Otherwise everyone else in the house will freeze this asses off while you're nice and cool in the other room
