This is also true of laughter. It was an evolutionary trait we developed to let others know that something isn’t quite right. That’s why some people laugh when they’re nervous. But it can also be used as a comedian. The punchline is designed to trigger that animal part that is caught unaware.

I have legit questioned this same concept randomly throughout the years. Amazing I get to hear an explanation from my favorite role models

I like the low, epic, motivational music in the background.

Your insight an thought process is so epically awesome. I'm sure you get more then enough people who can't even begin to understand the extraordinary sense of logic flowing through your brain

One day, I think we will learn how gravely we underestimate animals' intelligence by assuming that all forms of intellect can be measured by the same instruments that we use to measure our own.

Consider cats. Even if you get home unexpectedly early or late, or come and go unpredictably, they don't just hear your voice (you may not say anything), they are waiting for you. Probably cued by sharper senses than we possess, they detect you from afar and by the time you open the door, they're already yawning just inside to bemoan your lentitude in performing your sole important function: feeding them.

Later, I can tell you about the crows, and why mankind needs to look to its laurels.

I served under a Military Police Colonel in charge of the 18th Military Police Brigade. He stated that those whom curse have no other means of effective communication because they are uneducated or boorish; words to that effect.

This is the most spotty jumpy logic I've ever heard. Like these dots don't connect chief, especially having taken a minute to study linguistics and etymology
