Being a Constant Reader, I always felt that SK writes awesome short stories, that is rich in content…..this one is a treat for the fans …. Like sitting around a warm campfire & listening to the yarns…

Im listening to the audiobook of this, on Rattlesnakes now actually, wont lie one part made me cry as a parent, I almost couldn't keep listening. Looving this collection, more misses than hits for me, so glad you loved it too Mike :)

Just finished it! I thought it was great! My favorite story in the collection was Danny Coughlin’s Bad Dream, but there were several that were great. Bastids, Answer Man and Rattlesnakes were also great. Wonderful collection of short stories.

I love King's short fiction. Different Seasons withstands the test of time. The Breathing Method is a masterpiece.

Halfway through it rn and I’m loving it! Danny Caughlin’s Bad Dream is pretty much a novel in itself but, MAN, is it intense. Finn was kind of hard to read during a certain scene.

This was a fantastic read! Kings best short story collection thus far in my opinion, it's consistent. Every story is good, great or amazing with the exception of two that I thought were mediocre (Finn, Red Screen). Best stories I thought were On Slide Inn Road and Answer Man.

I skipped the last couple of King books, but You Like It Darker was amazing!

BTW, as a One Piece fan, I love the Sanji/Luffy/Nami over your shoulder!
