Saadi, the famous Persian ( Iranian) poet, says:
در این معنی سخن باید که جز سعدی نیاراید

The second line means what arises from the heart will, of necessity, sit well with the heart💐.
2.The valuable Arabic word:
Emam Ali (PBUH) says:
الکلمه اذا خرجت من القلب وقعت فی القلب ، و اذا خرجت من اللسان لم تجاوز الآذان.
It means what arises from the heart will, of necessity, sit well with the heart and what arises from the tongue, it doesn't go beyond the ears.
So, Mr Simon

He's great 👍 At the current situation he must be stressed out. The things he is talking about is inspiring to hear if situation is calm. But at the moment the change and urgency makes inspiration talks almost impossible. How do anyone enable Vision of another person to his movements? It is easy in economics, but family, community or company? There is really no metrics within.

Sometimes I feel that Simon unintentionally gives off the vibe of, "it's all the leaders' faults, blame them and wait for them to fix it!".

Be the leader you want to lead you. Be the change you want to see.

There's no time to wait around and pushing blame is just irresponsible.
