for the biurets test, in my textbook it is written to only add a few drops of biuret reagent.. In the video there was something written of adding sodium hydroxide and copper sulphate. So does that mean that the biuret reagent is made out of sodium hydroxide and copper sulphate?

Hi, I just wanted to know if by the exam time you'll finish the course on youtube or will you just do the new topics? I really really enjoy your videos because you actually follow the syllabus and I'm actually repeating my exam since I got a D, although I worked really hard but my mistakes were not checking the syllabus, looking at the marking scheme without trying to solve myself & worrying.. so this time I'm doing the exact opposite and I feel better .. your videos help so much and I'd love to read your response! Hello, So if lets say a disaccharide was hydrolyised, would it give two DIFFERENT monosaccaride? And if many of the SAME Monosaccaride joined together, it will still be a monosaccaride? Cheers
