Create Linux Mint Bootable Flash Drive on existing Linux Mint OS

The process of how to create a bootable Flash Drive of Linux Mint Operating System from an existing Linux Mint System. The process can be used to create bootable Flash Drive of latest version ISO file of Linux Mint. The created bootable Flash Drive can be used to install latest version Linux Mint Operating System on any Computer. The Flash Drive can be kept safely for later use or may be erased to use it as a normal drive.

A Flash of capacity 4 GB can be used for the purpose.

1. Generate SHA256 sum (change the directory to download location)
Sha256sum -b *.iso

I have downloaded and installed Linux Mint 19.3 (after many failed attempts--it's a long story) and now when I try to boot with the usb it gives me the following error message Failed to open \ EFI\Boot\grubx64.efi – Not Found
Failed to load image \EFI\BOOT\grubx64.efi: Not Found
Start_image() returned Not Found
Why would this be? I wanted to reinstall Linux again to get a clean one after many problems and I'm back to square one.
