Simple... I use supply and demand method. Wait for the price come into the zone and see how it will react, if it also follow the market movement on the bigger time frame, then I'll entry. I rarely trade on small time frame, too much fake signals

I don’t get it, because every time I see liquidity grab on a high time frame leaving a wick, when I switch to lower timeframes the same wick becomes a full candle breaking structure 🙆🏾‍♂️

The wick being the liquidity grab if the bodies are inside of the wick the wick in the lower time frame will be an orderblock
