Luc, great stuff. Thank you. Two questions: can you explain the difference between the 3 pack and organic local listings? I ask because the survey has different ranking percentages for the two, and I would have thought the 3 pack would just be the top of the organic listings. Obviously not. Also, in the video you mention that proximity is a big part of local listings...is there any answer for th eroofer who wants as much citywide coverage as they can get?
