How to Fix PS5 Safe Mode Not Working or No Display (Fast Method)

I experienced a static shock on the controller when going to plug it in then the whole display just went out. Now it won't come back on. What a POS! Static is common! How the hell can this thing not handle a little static shock??? I didn't even touch the PS5 itself, only the controller.
