The first time I had the opportunity to disassemble the camera, anyway, and I will tell you, brother, that you are a master, thanks to your film I saved some money and surprisingly everything works and there is no screw left, it took me 5 hours, but the satisfaction is, good health for you, hold on 😉

Absolutely amazing! Looks like it's the million'th time you do it :).

Unfortunately I have the same problem, but haven't the gut to afford the repair myself ... and I fear that having the dslr repaired by professionals is more costly than buyng a new one!

Absolutely amazing! I was eagerly waiting to see how many screws will be left over. I wouldn't mind having you as my heart surgeon. Same issue with my D90. No way I am going to attempt to fix it like you did though. Keep up the great work! My Nikon to the trash can.

Just finished this project. Thank you very much for your video. I took me about 4 hours to do it. I enjoyed this project. I lost 1 screw (did this in 3 separate days because I did not have too much time).

Amazing! You've convinced me to buy a new body and not attempt this myself. Fantastic work though.

One more question: I already have got a new aperture motor gear. Do I still need to add the metal ring support shown in 6:34?

Nice job! However, my D90 works perfectly fine without lens attached or with fully manual lens attached. I suspect thst my problem must be something else.

I have a mirror which stays stuck up on a Nikon d700. Is it the mirror motor/gear which needs to be changed? Easy fix? Thank you

Hello. I didn't quite understand what the spring is for and above all, what type of spring to use. I intend to replace the gear with a new one, but I would still like to install the spring, if this helps to avoid subsequent problems. What type of spring did you use?

D750 mirror gets stuck also. Many others have reported it. So far a second shutter click clears it. Avoid fast shutter particularly first shot of day.
