If his separation from his marriage was for the sake of "fornication" and he wasn't the one at fault for this "sexual immorality" in the marriage, then base on the world of Christ himself in Matt 5:32, he wouldn't be committing adultery if he remarried. But if for any other reason or if for fornication & he's the one at fault, then he would be in sin. In essence, Christ was saying that sex outside of your marriage breaks the covenant, and sets your spouse free from that covenant, but we must understand that "reconciliation" to a spouse is what God really desires as we're expected to forgive and reconcile.

First of all it’s not Gino’s doctrine. He’s just the mailman delivering the mail. If you have a problem with Pastor Gino Jennings, then you have a problem with God. Those are his words not Gino Jennings. As long as I have been reading the holy scriptures, I have never seen The Book of Gino in there.
