He needs deliverance. I heard him on the radio and he was literally teaching his congregation witchcraft. He told them to put their name in whatever car they wanted, in houses they wanted. That's omitting God and God don't red you to put your name in no car or house that's yours. Men of God can be demonized and he needs deliverance.

He never cursed anyone in this video however, he is definitely using mind control. Most preachers are very good psychologist and it’s often used to control the mind and behaviors of their followers. The reason why a lot of real (heterosexual) men don’t sit under this stuff is because we can read right through all the bs. I’ve worked in ministry for a long time so I dare someone to tell me different, I’ve seen it all. Not all pastors are this way though, so try the spirit by the spirit to prove whether it is of God.
