When my Dad passed I made sure to get his favorite sunglasses. I wear then when I drive and they always remind me of him. ❤ Things do hold memories

OMG I’m in tears with you 😢 this video just came across my feed but I’m glad it did. You did SO well with the declutter and inspired me… I lost my mom in 2020 and kept items of hers that I never washed just so I can smell her 😭😭😭 it takes time but the grief does lift just a little❤

I lost my dad to ALS in 2017. I have 2 or 3 shirts of his that I will never let go of, even through all of my declutters. Thank you for your vulnerability, and I'm so sorry for your loss. ❤ I hope that you are able to find healing and support through your grieving process.

why hang camisole tops or t shirts? they take up space that items such as blouses/shirts, dresses, skirts, smart trousers and jackets need, fold or better still roll them on to shelves or into drawers or storage baskets/bins
