in Q.8 for total distinct decreasing numbers the answer would be (10 choose 5) - 1... 1 is subtracted as to avoid the possibility of coming 0 to first place as if 0 comes to first place then no other number we can place after 0 other than 0 so in that case it will be all 0's and its not a 5 digit number hence excluding that possibility
