So, the look we have represents Sam Roukin, the VA for Ghost in MWII.

I personally think this is an inaccurate representation. We aren't meant to see his face, so all the fine details such as scars won't be present because they likely wouldn't bother with it if it isn't gonna be seen.

I mean, he's gonna look like that if they show his face, he'll just be more rugged looking.

In the mission when he takes off his mask you can see the back and side of his face, it almost perfectly matches up so i think its canon
