Trump says he was shot with a bullet that pierced his ear

In a statement, former President Donald Trump addressed the shooting at his campaign rally saying that he was "shot by a bullet" that pierced his upper right ear. He also thanked the Secret Service and sent his condolences to an attendee that was fatally shot.

Multiple people told BOTH secret service AND the police for about a two-minute period that a man with a rifle was on the roof-top 150 yards from the main stage.
