I stopped eating processed food about a month ago and boy was I addicted to sugar.. now my diet is 90% plant based tons ir fruits and vegetables and I allow myself a little bit of processed food but as a whole since changing my diet my wounds are starting to heal up fast and seeing that to me to made me really understand that your diet is the most important thing in your life because if you don’t look after yourself then u can’t look after anyone else

My #1 snack I can over dose on. Once I start have to be full and it takes more than an ounce.
