54 WM….diagnosed with thyroid nodules in 2011. Had it for a while but didn’t notice any symptoms. After being put on a daily Synthroid supplement, my energy level improved. Have had two biopsies since 2011 and am slated for my third soon. Never any cancer fortunately. As long as I keep on my daily Synthroid all is well.

My endocrine did a biopsy on one of my nodules in office…he had a hard time getting the needle in my nodule..never knew what he did was wrong! That was eight years ago..thanks to him I have a paralyzed vocal cord..

Thx a lot. My family member (aged 55) got 2cm thyroid nodule diagnosed. Heart beats normal & ECG normal. Doctor said not much to worry for now. So, we researched and made some hypothesis. One month later, it disappeared.

What we assumed and did

Leaky gut, autoimmune reaction. We did ABC.

A// Stopped gluten. Stopped oatmeal.

B// improved digestion, eg some ginger in meals

C// Gut health and healing. Bone broth, the good one. Probiotics eg Yakult, and G-Niib.

i have a thyroid nodule and i’m still a teen and only starting high school. it’s affected my life so much that it’s caused hypoglycemia, anemia, anxiety, depression, fatigue, fainting, and loss of appetite. i’m still awaiting to see a specialist so please please pray for me. i need answers.
i’ve had so many problems for years and i just want all this fatigue and suffering to be over.

I have solid nodule in my thyroid and I just notice it last month of May. It shock me when I look at my picture 3 years ago I have visible lump in my neck so it is almost 4 years now. I suddenly go to hospital to check it I undergo ultrasound and they referred me to neck specialist and offered me to do biopsy but I refuse because I don't have enough money to pay. Now I just letting it and live my life but when I have money I will go back to the clinic and do biopsy for assurance. I hope it's not cancerous.

Quite painful at times for me as the nodules were very hard. Two needles bent during the procedure.

And they are a symptom of Cowden syndrome which is what i have … and i have thyroid nodule, fibroids, lipomas, avms, breast lesions, av fistula all from my cowden syndrome.

I have a ectopic thyroid and I’m very worried. No doctors in my city deals with it. Either most never heard of it, or the have but never treated anyone with it. I’m very curious of what side effects have you ladies experienced from it. I have extreme coughing. It feel like something is caught in my throat. I have horses & people always say that I sound sick. Voice is also kinda raspy. I been to a 2 ENT’s, a Rheumatologist, and now a Otolaryngologist. I was admitted to hospital because I now have Salivary glad infection & swelling.
