Regarding glider lock, people should look at the glider lock line next to the mini map, it shows you your glider lock altitude (which as Jake points out is way lower when you are over water). This lets you pick he lowest spot over land too. Thumbs up if you didn’t know this!

I always land on the same 2/3 POI and always land on the same exact buildings, witch I choose based on guaranteed shield. I know where all possible chests are, so I get to them first and I’ll probably have a shield advantage. Also when you know a building well, you know exactly where your opponent is coming from and where to position yourself to fight them ❤️ love your streams and YT content! Thanks for playing for us everyday ❤

I was in this game.. I was the Chun Li skin at the very beginning.. I recognized your back bling, spectated & saved the replay when we played... you made it look easy.. Not surprised to see myself here.. I was definitely dominated early game.. Great content.. I'm a huge fan...

8:45 "Learn your POI" that's why I always go Coney or Rocky even if the bus isn't ideal. Never understood why I did this

Third parties are my worst nightmares in early game. In mid/end game you may have shockwaves or other mobility to save you, but I feel like in early game you likely have no counters.

I mark the location where i want to drop and jump at 900 meters, i feel like that's a good measurement because i land exactly at the POI and not hanging in dead air.

Thx for the insights Jake. I seem to find myself struggling in late game and getting choked by stupid mistakes, a video on this would be helpful too.

Thanks for all the tips! My nephew got me into Zero Build a few weeks ago and I’ve been playing everyday since. Don’t know why your videos came up first when I searched… but glad they did. Always great advice. I’ve listed EvolveJake in Support A Creator, and buying plenty of skins. Thanks for the help!

I think a main thing for landing is making sure you land on a uncontested chest or gun so that you have a gun I die most at the beginning weaponless
