Chocolate Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Get ready for the chocolatiest, most decadent mouth watering cookies ever!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups TH Cookie Mix
1 egg
1/4 cup soft coconut oil
More stevia sweetened chocolate chips for the cookie dough.

1. Melt the 1/3 cup of chocolate chips and place 10 small dollops of the melted chocolate on parchment paper. Place in the freezer.
2. Add the cookie mix, egg, coconut oil and desired amount of chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and mix together until a cookie dough forms. Create 10 individual cookie dough balls.
3. When the chocolate dollops have hardened completely, place one in the center of a cookie dough ball and wrap the cookie dough over the chocolate until it is completely covered by the cookie dough. Repeat with all the remaining cookie dough balls.
4. Place your cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for about 12 minutes. Drizzle on some optional melted stevia sweetened chocolate and sprinkle on some flaky salt.
Let the cookies set completely before eating.
