That "salute" is illegal in Germany and will get you thrown into prison. Most students have to visit concentration camps to confront the history and have extensive history lessons on the horrors of the time. So doing that in the open in Germany will not only get you arrested and potentially inprisoned/deported, but most people will instantly look at you in disgust and want nothing to do with you. In fact, calling someone a Nazi is considered one of the worst things you can call someone.-The disgust and revultion most Germans have for Nazis can hardly be overstated.
