In this tutorial I show you how to use Dropbox to easily back up your company's data in Quicken. By using Dropbox as your backup storage location you not only keep your backup safe but you have access to previous versions.

When you save your Quicken' backup into Dropbox it automatically syncs this file to all your devices. By syncing this file with Dropbox server you are essentially storing your data off site. In the event of a fire or other disaster your files are safely stored on your Dropbox account online and available for you to access anytime.

In addition to keeping this file stored offsite Dropbox also has version history. This means that previous version of your backup is available to restore as needed.
