My dad bought the Legendary Edition still have it here at my mothers house, same with Reach and I’ve mustered my way to get the in between editions for H2 and a few others

Damn, it feels like a short and long time ago simultaneously. My grandfather turned 70 that day, and he passed last year at 86. I was only 18 and fresh out of highschool, and now I'm closer to 50 than 20.

Man, I remember having a blast with Halo 3 on launch day. I hope one day we can have the same hype again just so y’all can experience it. It was truly something else

I always thought I was a weirdo for keeping even the receipt in the case. I had a "you scratched my cd" moment when I let a friend borrow a game and it came back with no receipt or manual in the case.

I bought halo 3 as my first game I bought when I got the Xbox 360, and luckily enough GameStop gave me the limited edition case ($20) cool thing about it was it had not only the campaign disk but also the mythic maps disk
