Whan I'm trying to delete "software distribution" folders, it says "the action can't be completed because the folder is open" .
I'm sure all folders are closed.

Can you help me please!

Hello for me the options for download does not even appear. it’s just stuck on the loading screen when I click Windows Update from the settings. what do i do?

Actually i tried again and it's finally work.
But when i click "Download and install" a message show up " we couldn't install this update, error 0x80248014
