Those sure are purty, they almost look like crepes. Back in the 80s my mom in-law taught me how to add some fiber. One cup of quick oats goes in the batter. They are dense for sure, but it helps keep the passages clean. Loving your channel, the PYREX one was good to know. I was just cruising EBay the other night looking for PYREX. Was quite shocked to see old stuff going for $100s and 1000s, one collection was $35, 000. I couldn't figure out why. Maybe because they don't shatter? Thanx for the tip.
