For his talent priority, Liberation > Forte > BA > Skill > Intro. You can skip the intro. If you want to save some resources, you can just level the Liberation and forte and level the others when you have enough resources.

70% crit rate in this game could be extremely difficult, Try to aim for 50-60% + crit rate.

For Mortefi's echo, 4-4-1-1-1 pattern is also viable if you don't have good echo pieces to complete the 4-3-3-1-1 pattern. (Impermanence Heron + Bell borne and any 1 cost echoes). Crit on the 4 cost and attack on the 1 cost. However, you won't be able to use an energy regen piece here so you need to make sure that you have enough from your substats/weapon.

You can swap cancel the Heron skill as well. Fill Mortefi's concerto, after his ultimate, use the heron skill and swap cancel it.

He provides Heavy attack damage 'deepen' not 'bonus'. Deepen is much better.

For those who are confused why we do the rotation shown in the video and the 12 seconds wait -
Verina's skill has cooldown of 12 seconds. If we try to fill her concerto energy bar in one single rotation, she will take up a lot of field time. So we use her skill then heavy attack. This should fill her concerto bar by around 50%. Now instead of spending more time with her on field, we rotate to mortefi to prepare his concerto energy bar. So we do E + BA + E, we don't continue the rotation with mortefi to avoid filling up his concerto completely, so we switch to Jiyan to use some of his skills or prepare his burst. By now, Verina's skill should be ready. So we switch to Verina to use her skill + Heavy attack. Use the ultimate too if it is ready and use her echo skill. Then switch to mortefi, this will trigger the rejuvenating glow set on Verina and her outro skill buff. Now use mortefi's echo skill, this will give him some energy and activate the skill effect. We use his resonance skill and by now both his burst and concerto energy should be filled. We use the burst, forte circuit skill, and switch to Jiyan. This switch will give him the moonlit clouds set buff, impermenance heron buff, Mortefi's heavy attack buff and the buffs from Verina should be active too increasing his dps by a lot.

The point of doing this rotation is that we can smoothly give all the buffs to the main dps to get max damage.

Sorry, I’m the demo you mentioned mortefi filling up the forte bar, using special skill then switching to jiyan, what is the purpose? Should we not focus on increasing his concerto energy then switching to jiyan, also you mentioned about how 12 seconds have passed and so we are switching to Verina, what’s the significance of that?

Everyone's talking about moretefi substantially boosting Jian's attack power, I didn't realize that more Taffy only does heavy attack boost and the rest just comes from The echoes. I kind of don't want to build them now because I don't even use heavy attacks with Jian, I just Spam attack and e til i can pull his ult. The meta characters mortefi and Calcharo just aren't really appealing to me play style wise. I'll probably just put the echoes on taoqi instead

I have c6 mort currently using him+ rider set+67% cr his sub dps with jiyan is disgusting. I might move him to moon set at some point but I need mats that lol.
