Yes, it includes compliments, small rewards to either your co workers, business partners, friends or loved ones.

While most people focus too much on how much compliment they can gather. Focus on how much compliments you can give to others.

Like he said.. you give too much of it that you won't ever need it or seek for it. And then.. when someone DOES compliment you.. know that it came from nothing but honesty.

I decided to be my own cheerleader. I give myself recognition for every little win. Therefore I say, "YayMe! For stuff that i never have been recognized for. At 57 i was able to be on my own side since no one else had and suddenly, guess what? I can now parallel park! Are you kidding me?? Never before as the family Scapegoat could i be anything but the problem. Now i don't have to drive around a city and wait for a way to park. Am I great, or what? And BTW, I have always been other people's cheerleader. Now I'm my own. 😊
