I made a build with it and the MAIN problem with it are these things:
Many enemies either die before it procs or
You don't have enough time to get your cycle hits before it
Chaser doesn't give you enough cycle hits in his first phase

Still really good in hell mode, ethiron, etc.

The main problem with this enchant is that it does not have PVE scaling. Good video but I don't know how you haven't noticed or haven't heard abt this before.

It really isnt good on anything other than light because in pve, you typically one shot nps which makes this pretty useless cause it only procs on flourish. I would rather take 15% more m1 damage on all my m1s then something that would deal like 50% more damage on flourish (mind you a flourish is 4 hits so you would do 60% more m1 damage on a chilling enchant flourish)

it does 100 dmg to mobs and yes it does like 1 bar to players but they can parry or avoid them it is easy nad if oyu have pve build it is hard to flourish enemy cuz the slow swing speed it is really bad dont trust him pls

It doesn't do dmg I saw an exploiters YouTube video js now and edenkite done 154 dmg on flourish

i tested it out with hacks, my m1s do 800 dmg and the bubbles do 300, deto better, it does 900 when my m1s do 800 and its basically the same thing just not parryable
