Yeah, the Binaltech/Alternators line is mostly just for show and it's obvious they cared more for the car modes than the robot modes (which all look quite weird). I thought I wanted Hot Rod/Rodimus as an Alternator but when I got him...oooh boy...nope. Don't want. Sold him very quickly. Not touching Alternators again. Ever. Heck, I'll even touch Revenge of the Fallen toys before I touch Alternators again. Heck, I'd even touch the Fallen. But not in a weird way.

I've got several of the $11.99 Core Class. The articulation is awesome. I don't recommend them for kids though parts can fall off very easily. There more for show than play. Great buy.

i have the g2 Optimus, sadly 1 neighbor broke 1 of the blasters handle while playing long long ago(i expelled him from my house after that 😅) and at some point i lose 1 of the hands and trow the box :(
