Chocolate Shell Ice cream Topping (D.I.Y.) #shorts

I MEAN'T "COCONUT OIL!"...

As most of you already know, I don’t have the biggest sweet tooth. However, when it comes to sweets, I dig ice cream specifically when it comes to the genius addition of the ever-famous “Chocolate Shell.” Make @djlemay2 proud and give this kick-ass topping a go AT THE CRIB! CREAM ON!…? Wait. 🤘🏼 Adam

Chocolate “Shell” Ingredients:
- 7oz Dark Chocolate, chopped into pieces
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Pinch of salt

1. Melt chocolate in bowl over simmering water.
2. Swirl in the coconut oil and add a pinch of salt. Keep warm until service.
3. Spoon the coconut chocolate mixture over ice cream. A “shell” will quickly form on contact of the ice cream.
